Renewing of Vows

Baby Naming
Firstly, Congratulations!
A Celebrant led wedding can now be held anywhere and will hopefully be the culmination of all your hopes and dreams. We can do anything you would like – within reason, there are no set words or restrictions as to what you can and cannot include.
If you chose me, then I will work with you over the months ahead to design the ceremony and help you write your vows to each other. I want to make your day the best possible experience, something you both will remember forever, as well as your families and friends.
You probably have a good idea about the music you would like already, but if not, I can help give you some ideas of music and songs that might bring your ceremony to life. I can share a range of ideas on readings, poems and ceremonial acts, performances, and design too – you might choose to include handfasting, a unity ceremony, ring warming, or you could consider the first kiss/last kiss and rose ceremony which is a fantastic way to thank both mums.
What I can offer:
To meet you, prepare a draft ceremony, make any changes you request and prepare the final ceremony. I will also liaise with your wedding planner/venue, carry out a rehearsal of the ceremony, including a practice of the readings if required (if possible) I will officiate the ceremony, be available for photographs if you would like me to and provide a scroll keepsake of your ceremony and a copy of your ceremony for you to keep either a PDF or printed.
Please note a celebrant-led wedding ceremony is not the legal part of your marriage.
Prices: Basic wedding package from £550
All inclusive wedding package, including 4 elements from £850.
If there is a need for me to stay overnight then there will be an extra charge for this, if the venue is not within a 30-mile radius of where I live then I will charge 25p per mile for the extra miles of travel.
The reasons for renewing wedding vows are as diverse as the couples I work with. Vow renewal for some is all about reaffirming their love and commitment after tough times or illness, for others it’s to celebrate a landmark anniversary. Sometimes it’s a chance to create the wedding day they wish they’d had, or simply the ultimate romantic gesture. What’s more, lots of couples do not wait for years before having an intimate vow ceremony just for the two of them: there are an increasing number of couples having the wedding day their parents or their religion expect of them, and then having a ceremony where they can say what they really want to say to one another, in a setting of their choice either on their own, or surrounded by their inner circle.
Put simply, the rules are that there are no rules. Your ceremony is the two of you reaffirming life-long promises to one another. Your ceremony can include traditional rituals such as hand fastening or tying the knot, readings and poems, music, dancing – anything goes and often couple involve their children, close friends and/or family in their ceremony.
Whatever your reason for considering a vow renewal ceremony and celebration I would love to help you.

If you don’t want to have your child formally christened, but still want to mark the occasion with a special ceremony then a baby naming or introducing may be a great alternative. The location is up to you, and what you choose to have within your ceremony is also your choice, there could be balloons and games, bubbles, singing or a special performance by someone you love that the children would enjoy too.
